Drew Madden is a successful entrepreneur in the Healthcare Information technology (IT) industry. Drew Madden earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa College of Engineering. This degree also focuses on engineering in Medical Systems. Madden began his career in healthcare IT at the Cerner Corporation.previously worked for Ingenix, a United Healthcare subsidiary (known now as OptumInsight), and as a consultant for Epic.

Madden joined Nordic Consulting Partners in 2010. he was appointed the president of the firm from 2011 – 2016. As president of Nordic, Madden has reached some impressive milestones. Within a time period of only five years, the firm grew from a small establishment of only 10 employees to a substantial company employing over 725 people. The firm’s annual revenue increased significantly from $1,000,000 to an impressive $130,000,000. Their client base grew from 3 to over 150 partners.

Madden has spent over a decade rising to the challenge of developing and implementing an effective system for Electronic Medical Record (EMR). He has mentioned that EMR is a complex challenge in his eyes and he is passionate about his EMR project. He has spent more than 10 years collaborating with many of the most talented people in the healthcare IT industry to optimize and troubleshoot Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
